Like many beaches across Ireland, I just can’t get enough of it! Each time I visit ‘Murder Hole Beach’ I seem to find new forms of beauty in which I overlooked on prior visits. It may simply be a new plant, textures on rocks, fresh smells or how the grass seems to look more vibrant than it did before but all adds up to one conclusion…. Its getting prettier by the day!
Don’t be fooled by its unpleasing nickname “The Murder Hole” because this beach is a true Irish gem. There are no paths, road nor signs & it involves a long hike over a giant hill to even reach! This must be one of the most stunningly beautiful beaches you could ever set eyes on. It may have the most uninviting name you’ve ever heard off, but always remember you should “never judge a book by its cover”
I proudly love the slogan “Donegal has it all” these words could not be any truer
