Magheraclogher Strand, Bunbeg, Gweedore, County Donegal, Ireland
Gazing inland onto the Strand Road, which winds its way uphill into the coastal village of Bunbeg. It’s hard to believe that Errigal mountain is actually 9 miles away from where I captured this photo! The skies where so clear, and my telephoto lens drew everything in the background closer just beautifully that day.
This is a photo I’ve been visualising & planning for ages now from an area that I spent most of my childhood in. Some of my fondest memories come from Gweedore and my new photo will now bring those memories back to me even more on each glimpse
