Sperrin Mountains, Gortin, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland
Captured from the peak of Curraghchosaly Mt overlooking Mullaghcarn Mt of the Sperrins range. On Sunday past I decided instead of resting on my only day off work, that I would hike the 2 miles to the top of Curraghchosaly Mt for some snow scenes before it all melted away. It was a good call as the following day it had all but vanished! From up here our lands looked absolutely stunning all covered in white, it actually looked more like “Narnia” than Ireland
I know I’ve been posting snow scenes lately but its only because I can’t really share them for the other 11 months of the year. I decided that December is the month of snow & I’m hoping it helps to get you all into that Christmas spirit ?
