Northern Lights Aurora over Strabane, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland
I’ve always had a desire to capture the Northern Lights over my home town or even nearby. Normally we are too far south and light pollution etc would make it impossible, but this was not the issue this magical night! I knew the solar winds were striking so I took a chance and drove up high on a nearby mountain side and captured the Aurora over Strabane town. I’m still in awe on how vibrant they were this night, i’ve never seen them so clear or vibrant ever before. It felt very heavenly to just stand there and marvel at nature’s greatest show……
