I stumbled upon this tranquil little beach a few years ago in error due to taking a wrong direction. I honestly have to admit that it was by far the best wrong turn i’ve ever made as I now frequently return to this amazing little beach. Sometimes I visit here just to stroll with my thoughts & during those times my camera stays in the car
Each time i’ve been here I always seem to have the entire beach to myself! This is one of the most magical things about County Donegal as where else in the world would you get an entire beach to yourself without it being privately owned? Yet along Donegal’s Wild Atlantic Way you can take your pick…..
