‘Gleniff Horseshoe in Winter’s Grasp’

Along the old back roads of Sligo can be found an area known as ‘Yeats Country’ An area of unchanged natural beauty since it unfroze from the grip of our last ice age. Each year, winter slowly returns & grasps this region in a futile attempt to reclaim. Although this only adds to the beauty of the ‘Gleniff Horseshoe’ beneath the Annacoona Cliffs. May areas like these stay unchanged for another few millennia & beyond…….
