Rosguill Peninsula, Downings, County Donegal, Ireland
In Tra Na Rossan I find the actual wooden boardwalk leading through these grassy dunes as beautiful as the beach itself. I love how it winds and excitingly leads people onto one of Donegal’s finest sandy beaches. On either side of this walkway can be found gentle grazing cows & friendly sheep. 
I often watch folk leisurely walking along this boardwalk, around halfway they seem to increase their speed a little. Then just like in this photo, as soon as they approach the final league they often start running & cheering with joy knowing that they have reached their own little piece of paradise. Trust me you will do the very same when visiting Trá Na Rossan Beach
