Yesterday I visited Fanad Lighthouse & was greeted on arrival by this majestic tall ship, which was anchored in the bay right next to it. It looked like the scene from an old pirate movie! 
In my mind I was imagining pirates ram shackling this old lighthouse in search of valuable plunder 
In my mind I was imagining pirates ram shackling this old lighthouse in search of valuable plunder Built in Cornwall on 1874 it is amazing to see this historic vessel still sailing the high seas nearly 150 years later. I hope she visits our waters more often as it’s certainly a welcomed site.
