Description
Strabane, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland
Only a few evenings ago, one of the densest fog banks yet seen blanketed the entire landscape. In attempt to use this as an advantage, I rushed to the top of a nearby hill. My plan was to rise above the fog in hope that it would bounce/reflect the sunset, creating some wonderful tones of light.
The first thing that caught my eye were these old trees. As hoped the sunlight skimmed across this sea of the fog & stuck these leafless trees, creating a stunning contrast of long shadows across the land before me.
There was something very overwhelming, just standing here gazing into our powerful sun, watching this all happen for a mere few seconds before all dwindled away until hopefully another day……..
