Recently I found this stunning Elizabethan style manor house by fluke when passing. I glimpsed it in the corner of my eye amongst a small patch of overgrown woodland. Unfortunately I know absolutely nothing whatsoever on the history of this old manor. For the past few weeks i’ve been asking family members & local residents yet nobody seems to know anything on it. Like myself, some locals didnt even know its was here. Maybe someone looking at this post knows a little on it & will kindly share with us. Until then we may just let our imaginations run wild…
We all see and sense the world around us differently & this is perfectly normal. Some folk may look at this image and only see an old decaying ruin. Yet I see a stunning historical Manor with much beauty, mostly created by its abandoned surroundings & natures decay. Beauty isnt always squeaky clean & pristine, it’s hidden everywhere. Personally I find scenes like this curiously peaceful.
