I stumbled upon this stunning, quiet little bay a few years ago by taking a wrong road in error. I honestly have to admit that it was the best wrong turn ive ever made as I now frequently return to this amazing beach at Glassagh Bay.
Each time ive been here I always seem to have the whole beach to myself! This is one of the most magical things about County Donegal as where else in the world do you get an entire beach to yourself without it being privately owned? In Donegal you have a choice of them
